Good things take time. Fortunately, these are already made.

At Velvet Waffle, most of our pieces are created in small batches or as one-of-a-kind designs. Unless otherwise stated, items listed for sale are finished and ready to ship.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders for ready-to-ship items are typically packaged and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. postal holidays.

If an item requires additional production time, that information will be clearly stated in the product description.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated according to the rates displayed at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside our control.

TRACKING INFORMATION

When tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information once your order ships so you can follow its journey.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
