Many of our items are produced in small batches or as one-of-a-kind pieces.

Some garments feature intentionally cropped hems, raw edges, embroidery, appliqué, or other hand-finished details.

These design features are intentional and will be described in individual product listings.

Because many items are finished by hand, minor variations may occur.

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & PHOTOGRAPHS

We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photographs, descriptions, and measurements.

Please keep in mind:

• Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
• Garment sizing may vary between manufacturers.
• Cropped and altered garments may differ from standard manufacturer measurements.

3. ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS

Some Velvet Waffle products are available in a quantity of one.

When a product is described as one of a kind, this means the specific item or combination of garment, color, size, and design is unique within that listing.

We may create similar designs or release additional variations in the future.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is required at checkout.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and product information inaccuracies. If an error affects an order you've already placed, we'll contact you before making changes or canceling and refunding the order.

5. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

8. GARMENT CARE

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their purchases.

Unless otherwise specified, we recommend washing embroidered garments inside out in cold water and avoiding direct heat on embroidery or appliqué.

Normal wear, shrinkage, and changes caused by laundering may occur depending on garment materials and care methods.

Velvet Waffle's original branding, product photographs, written content, and original designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Third-party trademarks and designs remain the property of their respective owners.
